Impactful work: We not only know our mission and vision as a company, but we see the impact our individual work has. And better yet, we see it positively impact how other companies and clients do their work too! We are literally changing the world! 4. Meritocracy is real! ClickUp is highly invested in the success of each crew member, and promotions and pay increases are completely based on individual merit and achievement. Wins are always celebrated! From one on ones with my manager, to team interactions, to company-wide events, you see the genuine care and appreciation that the company and people have for the crew. 5. Overall better quality of life: When you feel heard and taken care of as a person, you feel better, become more productive, and driven to do much more. And yes, being able to work remotely, and yet still have the opportunities to meet with your teammates in person, is a huge driver here!
