Really great culture here! Regardless of your role, they always make you feel that your voice matters and that people from the higher-ups really listen to employees. This has been the best company I've worked with so far, and I love it here!

Pros

Does not micromanage – has full trust with the crew but won't hesitate to help out/chime in when needed. Didn't have a problem when I was just starting, as I had access to everything I needed to learn, and they were properly documented – step by step! The team is really appreciative, your hard work won't go unnoticed. And the most important part, they are all fun people to work with. 💜

Cons

We do experience some challenges with our HMO provider from time to time.

Reflecting on my four years with ClickUp, I am deeply grateful for the incredible growth I’ve experienced—from starting in Customer Support to advancing into Quality Excellence. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of my leaders, who have guided and encouraged me every step of the way. I am fortunate to be part of a team that is not only highly supportive but also genuinely invested in each other’s success. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role has been the opportunity to positively impact the representatives in the support team. Helping them improve the quality of their interactions with users and ensuring customer satisfaction has been both fulfilling and motivating.

Cons

Of course, working at ClickUp comes with its challenges. The platform is constantly evolving, which means I need to stay updated to remain effective in my role. Thankfully, there are plenty of resources available to help me keep up. It’s just a matter of finding the time to make the most of them and continue being efficient.
