      Love the leadership, the vision, the mission, the office, the CULTURE, and that we are winning in just about every way against our competitors.

      Cons

      They do not award equity in a traditional way. Coming in as a people leader, I expected a better equity structure, but it has been disappointing given how well done everything else is here.
