      Pros

      I have been working for more than 10 years, and this is the first time I can truly say I feel a deep sense of belonging. The company culture is genuinely supportive, the people are amazing, and I feel respected and valued in my role. Management promotes a healthy work-life balance and is consistently understanding and approachable. They encourage growth and provide opportunities to reach your full potential.

      Cons

      The only challenge I’ve experienced is with the healthcare insurance, which can be difficult to navigate since we’re based outside of the U.S. However, this is more of a regional issue than a reflection of the company itself. Aside from that, I honestly couldn’t ask for more.

      The fast-paced work environment at ClickUp means things are constantly changing, which can sometimes be overwhelming. There are periods when the workload is intense and project timelines feel too tight, leading to increased stress.

      * Lots of great people to work with and learn from * Able to have a large impact within the company * Feedback driven culture that encourages growth and positive change * Never a dull or boring day * Top tier compensation and benefits * Working remotely and async gives you the flexibility to do your best work

      * Business requirements change fast and it can be difficult to finish things before having to switch to something else with a higher priority * You need to be really deliberate about setting boundaries to avoid overworking and getting burnt out
