      - You get to work with super smart, driven people—there’s a ton to learn just by being around them. - Lots of chances to step up, take ownership, and really show what you’re capable of. - The culture is very supportive—people genuinely have your back and want to see you do well. - It’s definitely fast-paced (sometimes uncomfortably so), but it pushes you to level up quickly.

      Cons

      -If you’re after a chill, low-pressure job, this probably isn’t it. The pace and expectations are high.
