Pros

Coming from a traditional style working environment, ClickUp brought a lot to the table, from flexible working schemes, healthcare, personal development, work from home stipends, wellness stipends and so much more. On top of these, you are working with great colleagues with whom you have fun collaborating and sharing ideas to improve processes. I started using ClickUp about 2 years ago as their client but now part of it which was the best decision I've made. Additionally, I love the company's values and mission; they steer us in the right direction. If you feel lost in transition and overwhelmed, just dive back into the core values, which I tell you are not only applicable to the business but can also be applied in your personal life. My boss is a stunner and like-minded as I am. Great personality, and amazing ideas, and really enjoy doing 1:1's with him. We have the same drive which contributed to our team's goals and success.

Cons

There might be one, but it's just the healthcare partner here in the Philippines, hopefully, management will change it as it causes too many problems to the employees and to avoid headaches. I would love to see an upgrade in the professional development stipend as IT certifications are generally the same whatever the region is. The current stipend is low in the Philippines so getting certified is a bit harder since we need to personally use cash in our trainings and certifications.
