Absolutely horrible place to work!

You can work from home.

Cons

Low pay, long hours with required weekend shifts, clueless managers, too many unnecessary meetings, very poor training, ridiculous expectations to learn the platform on your own time and read the Slight Edge. Feels like working in a sweatshop and I would not recommend this job to anyone!

We are always listening to employee feedback and have invested in new training and onboarding experiences this year. In addition, we no longer require mandatory overtime in Customer Support. Our leadership team listened to our employee feedback and made this change so that our team can enjoy a more constant work-life balance.

- Great culture, decent benefits - Tons of opportunities for growth & ownership - Pure meritocracy - I have never seen someone at ClickUp who frequently goes above and beyond go unrecognized

Cons

Management is young. It's just worth pointing out as a small potential risk- to be fair I haven't seen a single consequential misstep or bad decision thus far.

Salary, some cool coworkers, company is booming and growing quickly

Cons

ClickUp is overall a terrible place to work. You are expected to be online just about 110% of the time and employee happiness is sacrificed for the success of the app. This place is the definition of a sweatshop. Leadership has no clue what they are doing and even though they are hiring bright people, they are micro managers who control everything to the last detail. This company is full of surveillance and you will never quite feel “safe”. If sleep, mental health, and your family and friends are important to you, do NOT work here.
