      Pros

      They have hired Top Class Talent into the Dublin office. Surrounding the team with A Players, making everyone better. Targets are over achievable and serious commission checks to be made. If I could give 2 thumbs up for business outlook for the next 6 months I would... rare you can say that in the Tech Space at the moment!

      Pros

      Great culture with talented individuals & teams A top rated product. Sells like hotcakes! Opportunity to make good money and learn from some of the best in the business Growth culture where you’re always developing your skills and the ability to develop your career along with it The company really looks after sales. It’s a hustle culture! You’ve a lot of support, great company off sites and you’re well incentivised.

      Cons

      It’s grown massively in EMEA & it’s a young company, so change is common. This is typically for the better but it keeps you on your toes Not a con but to set expectations: it’s not an easy job and to do well you’ve to put in the work!

      Pros

      Amazing product that our customers LOVE! We use our own product internally and it is brilliant (I'm always surprised how this does not often happen in new Saas companies!). Everyone wants to help each other. Core values are actually just that.... core values.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to focus on one market/segment/industry as there is so much ClickUp can do. Occasionally things are done a bit too quickly and benefits are missed. Just like a normal hyper-growth SaaS company - it is not for everyone!
