      Pros

      ClickUp is definitely going places and you are given lots of resources as a sales rep to improve and make your job easier. More than any company I have ever worked for

      Cons

      Very fast paced and wear tons of hats. The role was lots more account management than I was let to believe. They also hired a ton of people at once and it seems to have affected quota attainment. In my time here I would say attainment was about 15% of reps or less.

      Pros

      They are great when it comes to collaboration and team effort. They provide constructive criticism, to effectively help one another improve. Great management as well!

      Cons

      Training is not as interactive as you would think it would be. You are on your own as it is mostly self-paced learning, unless you ask or reach out. They would check from time to time but seldom do they conduct live sessions of training. It is best to have a an extensive background with the product before joining the company, so it would not be challenging or overwhelming in grasping all the info during self-paced trainings.
