      Pros

      Does not micromanage – has full trust with the crew but won't hesitate to help out/chime in when needed. Didn't have a problem when I was just starting, as I had access to everything I needed to learn, and they were properly documented – step by step! The team is really appreciative, your hard work won't go unnoticed. And the most important part, they are all fun people to work with. 💜

      We do experience some challenges with our HMO provider from time to time.

      Lots of rearranging of the company to find the right way to manage their GTM transformation and their high growth - it could get chaotic and political.

      Pros

      My favorite thing about working at ClickUp is that the tool and org are constantly evolving. There's never a dull moment whether there's a brand new product line like ClickUp Notetaker or an operational improvement to help minimize the steps to finalizing a contract. There's always an improvement happening. Everyone is willing to help and truly cares about their personal/professional growth.

      Cons

      This is not the place for you if you don't like change, don't feel that you're adaptable or have trouble finding the right work/life balance. Management will always encourage you to rest and find the right balance so it's more of an individual challenge.
