      Pros

      So far, I have definitely been able to utilize unlimited PTO, flexible managers, and coworkers. I have been able to promote very easily as well and got lots of support along the way

      Cons

      there is a lot of change as a startup. every time I clock in it feels I have to learn 2-3 more things than the last day, and over the weekend at least 5 announcements lol. I don't mind it at all because i am able to keep up and even suggest changes myself. Also, understand that as a startup, customers seem to not understand that you are a startup and they demand everything that more established companies offer. So patience is definitely a virtue here!

      Pros

      I have been amazed at the growth of ClickUp and that the cultural values of the company continue to shine through! Many organizations talk about their values but they are nothing more than words on a wall. You can feel the culture here at ClickUp and I believe it is one of positivity, joy, hard work, and growing 1% everyday. The people at ClickUp are exceptional as well! We also have an amazing product that is fun to sell everyday. Great leadership, great talent, amazing product, and awesome culture. In nearly ever interview that I am in this is what every candidate wants and this is exactly what we have to offer at ClickUp.

      Cons

      I think ClickUp has an amazing culture of work ethic but it definitely has an impact on family life. We are a hard driving group here but I hope we can keep focused on ensuring our people can have a great home life in addition to having an amazing career.

      Great during COVID, not so great after a launch

      Passionate people in some parts of the org that really care

      Cons

      There's a lot of small circles of groups that only do what the CEO says and never what should be right. CEO does not care about their employees besides the 5 in their circle. In the layoff before the 220 employee layoff, he promised there would no longer be layoffs. Now, after spending more than the entire company combined on AI, he has to find a way to pay those bills by cutting off employees who contributed a ton of work.
