Pros

The leadership team truly values partnership, organization, and human connection. Being an Executive Assistant here has allowed me to make a meaningful impact by helping leaders stay focused, supporting team collaboration, and contributing to a positive, well-organized environment. The appreciation, trust, and respect shown by leadership make this a rewarding place to grow, and the culture encourages both high performance and genuine care for people.

Cons

Fast-paced environment may not be for everyone

Pros

Remote work. Great vision. Could see this being a good place to start a career if you have <3yrs experience.

Cons

Heavy micromanagement. Leadership wants yes men only and doesn't seem to know what they're doing. Short-sighted on the sales front. Performative culture. Unprofessional behavior goes unchecked. For a company that sells a productivity solution, it's incredible how dramatically its own product and processes hinder productivity. There is so much work around doing work that it is hard to get the actual work done.

Pros

Good pay; Wellness and Professional Development Allowance

Cons

One significant issue is that the People Managers are currently overwhelmed with a high volume of projects. This has blurred the lines between their roles as leaders focused on developing their team members and those typically occupied by Project Managers. As a result, there is a lack of personal development and support for employees, which is crucial for fostering talent and innovation within the company. Unfortunately, it appears that the senior leadership team, particularly at the director level and above, does not have any concrete plans for addressing this challenge. Many of these leaders seem to prioritize pushing projects without considering the impact it has on the People Managers. This has created a work environment where managers are stretched too thin, ultimately hindering their ability to effectively nurture their teams.
