Pros

Great teammates and managers. Product has potential and is exciting to see grow

Cons

Lack of presence in Ireland working with US team makes crossover difficult. Executives seem to care more about making as much features as possible fast and create great marketing campaigns but in the end the feature is just full of bugs. Makes it difficult to promote the product.
