Pros
ClickUp is growing crazy fast in all aspects, but it makes the work challenging and fun. The talent they have acquired is unreal. They don't just hire to get bodies, they hire for true talent. Management is very open to new ideas, new ways of doing things, and overall feedback. Everyone is growing together and trying to make the product. Benefits have improved significantly just in the short time I have been here.
Cons
As with any Startup, there is a lot of figure it out as you go. This can be challenging when work loads are already high.
