Pros

The people I work with are incredible and the benefits are great.

Cons

Do NOT trust what you read in the job description or what they tell you during your interview! What is advertised as a job that's "flexible" with schedules and may require "some" weekend shifts, quickly turned into a job that is NOT flexible at all with your schedule. **BE ADVISED: Working holidays is mandatory. Working every weekend is guaranteed. Working OVERNIGHT shifts is non-negotiable. Despite what they may tell you in your interview. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY.** Please consider these things before accepting a position within Customer Support at ClickUp. They will tell you anything to get you through the door. (I can only speak for Customer Support) They couldn't care less about your personal life and mental well being. They only care about "providing the best customer service, period." And they will use that "core value" to excuse themselves from treating you like a human. The benefits are great but nothing is worth losing time to spend on things that really matter. At the end of the day, ClickUp DOES NOT MATTER more than the time you spend during the holidays with family or the weekends you spend watching your children play sports!

We appreciate your feedback and are disappointed to know your experience was not reflective of what we're building here at ClickUp. Some employees do work overtime, but we no longer have mandatory overtime in Customer Support. Additionally, while some Customer Support team members are assigned weekend and overnight shifts, not every Support employee is assigned to these shifts. Our Support team is strategically scheduled to best ensure our users have access to any help they need. As we continue to grow, maintaining transparency is a key priority for us as a company. Please know your feedback is being shared with our leadership team, and we hope you feel empowered to share your experience with your manager.

Pros

- The people! Everyone is different (and celebrated for their differences), but it seems like we all share the same general values, appreciation of humor, and supportive personality. Kindness is valued here far over ruthlessness. - The culture! Remote work is totally fine here, but the office is an amazing treat to work at as well. We have lots of fun after working hard. - The leadership! My managers have proven to really care about my career growth, my personal obstacles, and are always encouraging rather than managing from a place of fear. I like them as people, I respect them as leaders, and I feel valued always. - Benefits! Recently we gained some even better benefits including vision, pet insurance, gym membership, and more. Best dental and medical coverage I've ever had, period. - Salary! I got exactly what I asked for, no haggling involved. I see colleagues who work hard and show up get promoted/ raises/ awards and I feel like I will soon experience the same, and I do not have to sacrifice my personal life and sanity to do so.

Cons

- The platform itself is a beast and takes a while to learn. I felt like people were very patient with me as I learned, however, and it just took some time to get. - As a start-up there is always some growing pains or times where processes change as growth occurs, teams grow, and needs change. Just be patient and solution-based and it's not a big problem.
