      - Great personal growth opportunities while being part of a product that can solve a lot of real business problems. - Sales team is selfless in knowledge sharing, helping close and partnering on deals. - Leadership team is completely transparent about product vision, "whys" behind strategy, and recognizes/rewards personal effort and investment. - Feedback process is healthy and supportive.

      Cons

      - It is fast paced requiring a good amount of time investment to learn the product and adapt to changes common in a startup environment.

      Pros

      I read some of the reviews here before joining and was a bit apprehensive but honestly after being here two months, I know what this company is really like - and it's a great place to work. I was at a FAANG company prior to this role, so was also hesitant just joining a startup, but the team has been so supportive to me. Even people outside of my department. The excitement and growth all around is what I enjoy waking up for. Every day is a new challenge.

      Cons

      I can sense how connected the team is that joined before covid and I really want to also adopt that connection when we're finally back in the office. But the company has done more than enough to make me feel part of the team and culture.

      - Great culture, decent benefits - Tons of opportunities for growth & ownership - Pure meritocracy - I have never seen someone at ClickUp who frequently goes above and beyond go unrecognized

      Cons

      Management is young. It's just worth pointing out as a small potential risk- to be fair I haven't seen a single consequential misstep or bad decision thus far.
