Pros

Healthcare for employee and dependent(s) were priced fairly. Some of the employees were nice and easy to talk to about topics unrelated to work.

Cons

Advancement was difficult and I felt there were favorites. It was difficult to move to other departments within the company.

Medical Benefits are decent. Good 401K

Cons

Management team is in denial. They constantly sweep issues under the rug. Employees run after a few months. Management are bullies and have no respect. Company culture is a joke. Salaries, pay raises and bonuses are pathetic. They are always hiring because they can’t keep their employees.
