I was very happy there at the beginning. Open to remote work.

Cons

But after a few weeks it became very clear that my supervisor was, at the very least neurotic or perhaps even paranoid or OCD. It was a bizarre situation, and I was laid off without warning for my "bad communication skills." I'm a writer -- I have never suffered from this problem in my whole life. Well, maybe when I was an infant.
