Supportive environment, where everybody wants to see you succeed. Everybody there will try to help you and is willing to take time to make sure that you understand what needs to happen.

Cons

There aren’t many Cons, be realistic you were working with the government. The work can be demanding, depending on your frame of reference, but there is a lot of support
