Pros

Growing company where senior management still looks on employees as individual family members, not numbers. This people focus sets CSA apart from other companies that I have work for or with.

Cons

Progressing from its small business roots, there are still some components of the company that haven't advanced to be as responsive as one might expect from a modern company, such as automated information/data bases and HR.
