      Pros

      Autonomy. Fantastic, fully paid benefits, including 100% paid medical, dental, optical, life insurance and short/long term disability insurance. Good suport and training available.

      Cons

      Due to being a government contractor there are contract limitations with the term/lengthy of opportunities. They have a low performance bonus structure and limited advancement.

      Pros

      The vision of hiring great people to "do great things" makes CSA a terrific place to work. CSA never forgets why they are in business to take care of their clients. CSA ensures the training and education of its employees to enables the delivery of the ultimate client service. They encourage and support CSAers to lean forward with confidence to discover process improvements and creative solutions.

      Cons

      Only con is that I didn't start working here sooner in my career.
