Pros
Managers acknowledge excellence in performance, provide guidance and mentoring while leaving room for individual focus and growth. The teamwork with my group is great, and we all contribute. All perspectives matter and the focus is on doing what is best for our client, helping them to understand the issues and take the best path forward. The company pays all the health insurance premiums, so you only have your copay to worry about.
Cons
The company is growing, and so we have growing pains. Some internal actions take longer than you would like, but the heart is right and things work out in the end.
