*Steady pace of work. *Ability to live and work in Europe allowing for a relatively decent quality of life *Great Health insurance benefits

Cons

*HR department is pretty much non-existent / very slow to respond. *The pay is below what other contract companies offer here in Germany *Due to the contract having to be rebid every couple of years the stability of the position is reliant upon the company winning the next bid or the willingness of the next company to re-hire the current staff.
