I joined Client Server Tech with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Over my time there, I saw around 45 new employees join, while many existing ones—around 35—were systematically pushed to resign instead of being formally laid off. This practice creates an unhealthy and insecure work environment.
In my own case, I was also pressured to resign without a valid reason. It was disheartening to see how little regard there was for employee well-being or fairness.
The company appears to misrepresent its compliance credentials; I noticed irregularities with how they presented ISO documentation, which raises questions about transparency and ethics.
The senior management, including the CEO Srini, seemed more focused on financial gain than on building a sustainable, employee-friendly organization. Unfortunately, I don’t see a promising future here for anyone seeking stability or growth.
Cons
Think carefully before joining. There are better and more ethical companies out there.
