Pros

Flexible and creative work environment. CTO is very talented and has harbored an amazing team of smart and hard working individuals. Your input for projects is valued and you are given the space to be creative. Your contributions have real impact!

Cons

Pay is competitive but you can’t expect top end of the pay scale. Unlimited PTO is sometimes hard to take when everyone’s input on the team really matters.

Pros

They try and implement things like a weekly readings to foster individual career growth. Open floor concept that makes collaboration with team seamless. Nice office and a few cool amenities.

Cons

I worked here during a tough time in my life as a support agent. I was put on a performance improvement plan and met with my manager weekly to hit the quotas in the plan. We met and I was told that I completed the plan and was no longer on it. Two day later I was let go. I brought it up with HR and my manager that I thought I was doing well because they took me off the PIP but they just pretended like that never happened. I was left jobless and applied for unemployment which was contested by the HR manager. I sent them an email explaining the circumstance they left me in and my justification for applying for it. I was met with hostility from her and further denial of how things played out with this performance improvement plan fiasco. I was then contacted my my case manager for the State of Utah and explained to them what had happened and it was my theory that they let me go due to cuts in their workforce mainly because they never gave me an explanation as to why they fired me two days after I was told I completed my PIP. Anyways, the case manager and I fought the dispute and ultimately won and I was on unemployment for 2 months before I found another job. This was by far the worst experience I've had with a company and I think them trying to fight it was just such a low blow on their part. Anyways, if you're interviewing or considering on offer from them hopefully this is somewhat of a helpful perspective.

Pros

Incredible culture Flexible schedule Opportunity to grow

Cons

Compensation isn't very high. If you aren't use to a fast pace, start up culture ... then you'll feel overwhelmed. You will manage 200+ accounts.
