There are no pros to being here.

Cons

Find anything else but a job here. Management will be on you all day about your call time, how long you're in the bathroom, and if you're taking a break with a coworker.

Total Waste Of Time For The Calling Agents and Clients

Pros

Downtown location but in a older building with great potential

Cons

The management is mediocre the service is overrated and they over charge their client base because they are even worse sales people than the agents are its sad.
