Pros

Great place to learn sales - or to make some $$ if you know sales. If you like to sale on the phone, this is the place to do it.

Cons

Benefit cost kicked up. Would like the 2 additional holidays (MLK) off.

Pros

Medium sized company with enough employees to not feel like just another name in the mix. Minimal supervision which makes for a less stressful day on the sales floor. During my time under their roof I felt as though I was part of a family outside of home. The CEO, COO, and Sales Director are very friendly guys who would possibly give you the shirt off their backs if need be. I had started doing the B2C sales as a Counselor and was promoted to B2B quickly. There was no animosity amongst my former colleagues who were wanting the same position afterwards and we all knew each other fairly well.

Cons

No dish washer in the kitchen and maybe a 72" flatscreen rather then a 27" in the break room would be awesome. We work in a society where there's tennis tables in break rooms now days..lol. Honestly, there were no cons worth mentioning that I can think of. It was a great experience and I now know how to use Skype ...yeee.

Pros

-easy product to sell -cool co-workers -No Micro Managing, laid back environment -Good Sales Training -No overtime, strictly 8-5

Cons

Working in sales always has its ups and downs. There's not a huge variety of products to sell, so I've seen some people burn out due to having the sames convos over and over again. Having said that its not a hard product to sell, so if you can stay focused you have the ability to make decent money. Sometime the dial-er will cycle through old leads, and you can be forced to speak with people who are no longer looking for work. However most of the time the leads are great.
