The strategy and status of the company is clearly communicated which is really refreshing. Everyone is competent and there are no signs of politics — also rare. I wasn’t here when original mgmt team was in place but that sounded like a nightmare — current execs are cool and approachable.

Cons

Would be great to have some type of hybrid from a team standpoint vs 100% remote but it’s hard to complain about the flexibility of WFH!

* All toxic founders are gone and are out of the picture * All toxic employees are gone as well * Great people to work with. You find a true sense of camaraderie amongst the current crew * New CEO seems to have found the right product-market-fit for Clinc * Back to a true and healthy start-up mode with tremendous opportunity for growth along side the company

Cons

* A little tight on resources, but we seem to be hiring with accordance to our roadmap
