Pros

Benefits, 401k and they have snacks

Cons

This is a family run business so if the family does not like you, you are out. As a Manager because HR wants people to be in the office you are asked to write employees up if they are not sitting at their desk for 8 hours. The HR Group is very tight and you do not want to be on the outs with them or you are out.

Pros

Great benefits, surrounded by smart, committed, hard working and fun people. Perfect location in a beautiful building. As an employee, I feel respected and very appreciated, I've been given many opportunities to grow and expand my role. I hope to keep working here for a long time

Cons

There was some lack of structure in some areas but it has been improving enormously
