Good work life balance, gives unlimited PTO. Opportunity to grow. Challenges you for professional growth.

Cons

Minimal transparency if department and/ or company changes that can affect employment status. If employment status changes changes, no advance communication. Small company that is slowly but surely growing, however important to source for talent to fill positions with intent for longevity in that role.
