Free lunches sometimes 18 hour PTO Listen to music Work from home

Cons

No compliments on good work Cold, silent and suspicious supervisor They do not support you if injured on job Bullying attitude from HR Say they support you but stand in your way Only turn on compliments to daya entry group if there's a new employee No bonus Have to injure your fingers typing just to get a pay raise

Pros

Dress was casual and we could listen to music and were pretty much left alone. I feel like overall it's an easy place to work, and they feed you every so often.

Cons

But after awhile you start to feel like an isolated Gollum in a cave, not talking to anyone for days at a time. It's just a boring company and a boring job.
