Pros

One of the best agency-based jobs I’ve ever had. Tons of flexibility and autonomy, great supervision, friendly team, lots of opportunity to be creative and try new things, up to date with the latest trauma-informed research and actively updating forms etc to reflect this, client care is actually prioritized, tons of training opportunities, and generally fair/industry standard pay rates. If I still lived near a CSO, that’s where I’d be working!

Cons

Insurance could be more affordable, technology could be better - scheduling in particular was a major hassle, but they might have changed this since I was there.
