Great flexibility, nice coworkers, higher ups are great people as well. Lots of on the job perks

Cons

Regular client situations that can be difficult to manage or deal with, at no fault of anyone else.

Pros

- Pretty good benefits. PTO, sick time, vacation time accrual; 403(b); health insurance - Good company environment - Plenty of learning experience

Cons

- CSO pays low for the amount of work we do - Monthly productivity standard feels high and doesn't change based on length on months (like February is the same as the others and some months have multiple holidays off) - Upper management feels out of touch with what the employees need to do for work sometimes
