Good place to start

Pros

Agency sponsored trainings are pretty good. A good place to gain experience and hours for independent licensure.

Cons

Low wages. Health insurance costs are sky high and out of reach for most employees. There is constant pressure to meet certain metrics by billing more hours.

We are happy to hear that you found our trainings valuable and agree that CSO is a great place to gain experience. Even as a nonprofit behavioral health agency providing affordable care to low-income individuals and families, CSO offers industry-competitive salaries and unrivaled on-the-job training, which we’re happy to read has been of great value to this reviewer. In addition, CSO invests heavily in generous benefits packages, which include 75% paid health insurance.
