Pros
Many of my team members and managers had been with the company for years, even decades, low turnover is usually a good sign. There were a lot of product perks for sure, I used the brand since I was a teenager so this was great for me.
Cons
There was a time when this brand stood out in the market, but that's no longer the case. I don't see the company surviving the next 10 years.
