Pros

The gratis is great for a full time employee $300 four times a year to order whatever you want and when a new product launches you always get one as well. The training is also extensive you definitely get the knowledge of skin that you need to feel confident in helping clients.

Cons

They are honestly never satisfied with your achievements. I increased the counters productivity by 23% over the time I was with the brand and they never even so much as said good job. Constantly told me my best wasn't good enough and pushed me for more. I came aboard a sinking ship and turned it around into something that was making the company a profit and no longer running a deficit. My thanks was having my job threatened, after which I immediately left after over 3 years of working for the company. You can't reward someone who goes above and beyond by demoralizing them.

Pros

This company sells amazing products and if you have as passionate of bosses as I did you will easily fall in love with the culture and want to stay forever to grow with the company.

Cons

There is no room for professional growth. Corporate jobs are being filled laterally by people from other districts instead of promoting benches within the market. Department stores can ruin the Clinique culture and leave very talented consultants and managers feeling overwhelmed and helpless.
