You receive Gratis every four months of about $200. When new products come in you usually get your own in the mail. Work with people everyday positive environment. Commission on top of hourly pay.

Cons

Little pay for the skills and hours you work. If you don't like to call and be on the phone gift time can be frustrating.

Clinique provides you with customer satisfaction skills you can take with you anywhere. They are truly a company that cares about their customers and employees. You are provided ample training, and learn in-depth about the company. They are completely transparent, so you'll never have to wonder what kind of company you are working for. You feel a sense of pride when you put on that white coat.

Cons

retail hours are always crazy.
