      Awesome company to work for! Very positive and up-lifting. Lots of potential for future growth. Classes help to provide a base of learning.

      I havent found many cons about Clinique. They are always helpful, we get a fantastic gratis. And there is growth possible.

      Pros

      Clinique is owned by Estee Lauder. They offer great benefits and fabulous training. They never over promise and under deliver on anything.

      Cons

      The most difficult situations in cosmetics could be the store that your working, not the clinique counter itself. The managers in those large department stores have the potential to effect basic requests, events, and even day to day business.
