Pros

Bonus times where comission is great because of the increased sales. 1% comission on all personal sales or 2% if targets hit, this increases base pay anywhere from 1-2 per hour. Lots of gifts with training and christmas. Discounts on several ranges through spc website and a monthly allowance to spend on site depending on hours worked on top of discounts.

Cons

Standing all day, very confusing for first starters with an over load of training and events to attend. If noone is there to help you it's hard to get accustomed to the system.
