      For those who love Clinique products, it's a joy to work surrounded by them. Employees also get discounts on cosmetics.

      Cons

      Many consultants are contract employees with a high turnover rate. Even if you train your subordinates, they often leave quickly. Everyone is eager to retain their own clients, driven by sales targets and the incentives associated with them. I believe this is the same at any company.
