Totally mismanaged

Pros

- Fair compensation - Remote work - Good products - Good clients - Staff is hardworking, helpful, and overall great to work with - Work can be challenging in a good way

Cons

- Questionable strategy : In just a few years, management has ruined what could have been a great company. They don't live their own values. They buy up software companies then disinvest and let products die slowly. - Toxic leadership : Managers don't seem to understand the business very well, yet bully and publicly shame employees. Leadership pretends to care and ask for feedback, but staff aren't really listened to or supported and things only get worse. Don't seem care about anything but the numbers until customers complain, then they micro manage. - Challenging work environment : Staff accross the board are overworked. Processes and documentation are burdensome, repititive, change often, yet are strictly enforced. Internal systems and tools are antiquated. - Morale is low. Good leaders and staff eventually quit or are let go,

Pros

After Clinisys bought out Orchard Software I guess maybe some people got new job opportunites?

Cons

Not small family business. Low pay and no work/life balance. Unrealistic expectations. Leadership is either deceitful, or ignorant.

Pros

Remote, Paid time off, volunteer days off. They have a lot of great clients. Their product seems to be preferred by most Laboratories. They are global.

Cons

To the reviewer, please pay attention to every honest word that's stated here. As a newcomer, you are Underpaid, below competitive compensation. You are given many projects and tons of documentation with no real time to complete the work. Managers display narcissistic and microaggressive behavior. Leadership thrives on setting employees up for failure by inundating them with a ton of projects (the minimum is 10 projects), mandatory meetings, and documentation, and putting them on PIPs if they don't keep up. You are given many projects, and often there are not enough resources. Policy and documentation changes daily. They work primarily on glorified spreadsheets; they are not advanced when it comes to technology, which is surprising because they LIMS vendor. Their processes are antiquated, while there is a ton of project management software on the market that would allow them to consolidate the disparate work on spreadsheets. I am amazed at how they continue to operate or have made it this far using the antiquated systems that they are using, and the mistreatment of employees. Difficult to transition.
