Good place to start your career, but don't stay there

Good place to start your development career at. You can learn basic paradigms and technologies that will really set up your career. There are some passionate and talented people there that you can really learn from.

Cons

There's lots of bureaucracy which prevents positive things from happening. Its not really a true meritocracy where any one's idea is a good idea.

Lots of little things but nothing major. The direction of travel is right. Benefits could be better.
