      You do not get paid for missed breaks. I am still waiting to be paid for overtime at a facility from 2 months ago. I literally have to fight for any overtime I HAVE to put in, because if you're a nurse you know you can't just leave without finishing your work and 99% of the time ypu have to stay over to make that happen.

      The company is in a good market and has the ability to maintain it's business unless a competitor can do what they do better or cheaper.

      Cons

      Leadership is extremely disconnected and is fairly conceited. There is no sense of decency here. Work someplace else.
