What makes a good job for me include team work, employees’ spirit, their level of happiness, team-playing ability and the freedom that the job offers. All these things are present with my job here. The best in the list for me is team work. Nothing gases me up more than having employees to work with, and having them on the same page as you, and being able to occasionally cover up for each other. The beginning looks good, and I think the future is looking way brighter. Pay is super good! Readied lunch!
