      Pros

      You get your pay on time and they pay generously was the best part. Saves the bill every time! People are very helpful in case you need help with something :)

      Not doing inbound calls. have a weekly refresher for us to be updated.

      Cons

      - We are greatly affected by the updates and improvements done by product and engineering. Especially in the sent-home pay concern that we are having multiple issues. making it a lot harder to finish a ticket in a timely manner. - The quota we have sometimes is unattainable. We have to do some tickets that may cause us 2-3 hrs to solve. And solving 15 tickets per day and 25 Bonus requests is impossible.
