      Great place to work out especially if you are looking for career growth and good pay

      * Great place for career growth * Pay is better compared working for a BPO Company * Permanent Remote Work (Work from Home)

      Cons

      * Challenging Account since the company is growing fast, processes and guidelines are being updated most of the time usually on a weekly basis to compensate with the company needs. So you really have to be a quick learner. * No benefits (HMO,SSS, Philhealth, 13th month Salary, Holiday pay, Incentives)

      Pros

      People that I have met, both patients and co-workers. Daily pay is also a perk.

      Cons

      The communication between us and the "support staff" is almost unbearable. It really makes it difficult to get help with an issue when the support staff aren't on the same page; response and resolution are an extremely long process.
