      Pros

      Clipboard Health is a great place to work! Leadership is supportive, understanding, and encouraging. Company meetings are informative, fun, and really encourages teams to get to know one another. The CEO and CFO are involved on every level and are passionate about their employees and customers. I love the initiatives that are in place that foster a healthy and balanced work environment. Clipboard Health encourages personal and professional development. For example, the CEO hosted an education series on "How to Build an App".

      No cons at the moment. The rapid growth and path to reach goals are expected for any startup. You must have a growth mindset and the ability to get results with speed.

      Pros

      I've been working with Clipboard Health for more than a year now and I saw how fast it has grown. It has succeeded in developing a system and internal processes and has gained a reputation in the healthcare field. Employees are equally given the work-life balance. The CEO herself reaches out and humbly listens to everyone of us -- never had this chance with my previous employers. Clients and customers are served with compassion, as we get the same from the management.
