      Pros

      I was able to set my schedule, travel, choose the locations I wanted to work at. Instant pay after working the shifts. Depending on the area some facilities paid well.

      Cons

      No orientation at some facilities. The lack of support/communication from clipboard health when you are out on the field. No benefits, no compensation for mileage or hotel/room when traveling to different facilities.
