It's a great environment, in which you're not being micro-managed and treated as just another number. It's very alive and you feel that you can count on your team members to be there and assist you.

Cons

If you're not result-oriented and proactive there will be no hand-holding.

Fast-Paced & Sometimes Chaotic Environment: High growth inevitably brings growing pains. Processes are sometimes underdeveloped, constantly changing, or sometimes bypassed, leading to ambiguity, rework, or feeling like you're constantly "building the plane while flying it." Potential for Work-Life Imbalance: The drive for rapid growth and the ambitious goals can translate into high expectations and potentially long hours, especially during critical periods. Maintaining balance requires very conscious effort.
