      YC Backed, fast growth, new verticals showing up

      Cons

      Treats employees and clients as disposable, atrocious interview practices (5 interviews + 2 case studies or more to send people an auto reject email). Flat organization so you will be doing a manager job with IC title and comp just to make things work. Crazy turnover. (80% of the sales hires last less than 6 months)

      Cons

      If you are someone who needs structure and can not work under ambiguous parameters, a start-up environment is not for you. It is contract work, not salary if you live outside of USA. No health benefits.
